Start off by opening your mockup in Adobe Photoshop.
Double click the thumbnail of the smart object layer named, "Double Click to Replace." In the new window, drag and drop your video or new artwork, and delete the placeholder. Then save and go back to the main mockup document.
Once your mockup is looking great with your artwork, either Render your video (File > Export > Render Video...) or Save As an image!
Then, click Window > Timeline to enable the timeline for video files (if you're just using an image mockup, you can skip this step!)

Both the still-image and video mockups are designed to use in Adobe Photoshop.
Not at all! The most you'll need is a screen recording or whatever video you want to be seen on screen. You just drag and drop your video into the Smart Object layer of the mockup, like any other mockup template!
It depends! They range from 8-15 seconds, so quick highlight-style clips.
If you're just using these mockups to showcase your work, you'll need an Individual license. But if, for example, you're an advertising agency wanting to use these for video ads for your suite of web-designer clients, you'll need the Agency License. So the individual license is for you; the Agency license is for you and any brands you represent/create content for/etc. If you're sending the exported files to clients to use on their website/ads, you'll need an Agency license. If you're only uploading to your own website/social channels, you'll need an Individual license. Make sense?
