Your purchase of a Platform license allows for use of a Product in one SaaS platform (e.g., Canva, Showit, Adobe, Corjl) that is primarily used for design services or for platforms that provide suites of templates for its users for purchase/reuse (each, a “Platform”) , so long as Platform users are limited to the following uses:

Packaging
Physical products
Commercial printing
Paid advertisements (online and physical)
Websites (in rasterized form only)

Digital templates for sale (one product per license purchased) – including design templates, social media graphic templates, website templates for use within a single licensed platform
Any format that allows the Product to be extractable from--or included in—any works created on or through the SaaS platform
Resale or sub-licensing beyond what is permitted above
Any other use not specifically permitted by this Platform License
ADDITIONAL TERMS: Must be renewed annually based on your monthly active users or number of purchasers. Company reserves the right to request all applicable Platform data from you in order to determine the proper license fee, which will be determined by Company in its sole discretion.

PERMITTED: Your purchase of a Testing license allows for use of a Product solely for purposes of testing and/or pitching in client projects to assess whether the client would like to use the Product in the applicable project and is limited to the following uses
Mockups
Wireframes
Sample Logos
Sample social media posts and related graphics
Any commercial use whatsoever beyond privately presenting the Product to your client as an option for use in that client’s project
Any other use not specifically permitted by this Testing License
ADDITIONAL TERMS: If your client approves the mockup and/or Product, you or your client must purchase the applicable license, depending on the ultimate use (website versus desktop, etc.).
