End-User License Agreement
Effective Date: June 26, 2025
This End-User License Agreement ("License") governs the use of font software purchased through jenwagner.co ("Website") by any purchaser ("you" or "User"). The Website is operated by Jen Wagner LLC (a Tennessee LLC) ("Company").
Your use or purchase of any downloadable products ("Products"), including typefaces and/or font software, is subject to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this License. If there's a conflict, the License terms control.
By purchasing or downloading Products, you agree to this License. If acting on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to accept on their behalf.
Note: Each section includes a plain English summary. These are non-binding summaries. Please read the full agreement.
1. Use of Products
All Products are owned by the Company. License terms vary by product and are defined below in the License Directory. You’re responsible for ensuring your use complies with those terms. Prohibited uses include NFTs, machine learning, and any offensive or illegal content.
Make sure you understand what you're allowed to do with each Product.
2. Intellectual Property
Company retains all IP rights in Products. Purchasing a Product grants usage rights only, not ownership. You may not redistribute, alter, or reverse-engineer Products without explicit permission. One backup copy is allowed for archival use only.
You don’t own the fonts, just the right to use them within the scope of your license.
3. Transfers
You may only transfer Products if: (1) the recipient agrees to this License and you delete your copy, or (2) you're transferring to a business you own or via merger/sale of assets.
You can’t give away or resell fonts without following specific rules.
4. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required. Suggested credits:
- Fonts © 2025 Jen Wagner LLC. Used pursuant to license.
- [Font Name]™ © 2025 Jen Wagner LLC. Used pursuant to license.
5. Audit
Company may request examples of your usage to verify compliance. You must provide this free of charge. Violations may result in fees and other legal consequences.
We may ask to see how you're using the fonts to ensure you're complying with your license.
